Getting ready for Valentine's day . . . I punched a hole in a white card with a heart punch, then used red & white fabric on the backside (with felt layered inside) in a quilted effect. I stamped the words this time - but they didn't scan so well!

My name is Janel and Iam part of a monthly card club with some friends in Connecticut. There are ten of us - all busy mothers - who love to make cards. We each make twenty cards a month; ten cards each of two different styles. Then we get together after the kids are tucked into bed and trade cards. Thanks for checking out my blog! I just joined my card club three months ago, and am loving making cards. It is so much fun using my leftover scrapbooking materials for another good purpose! And I am enjoying trading cards with my friends. I am amazed at their talent and inspired by their cards - they give me so many ideas!
